Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 7pm
Saturday 8.30am – 6pm
Sunday 8.30am – 5pm

After hours calls will divert to our night phone 021 244 2043. If you have arranged to arrive after reception has closed please follow the instructions given. Please use your gate barrier code or swipe card when entering and exiting the park. Gates operate between 6.30am and 10pm.

We stock a range of confectionery, icecreams and drinks and a limited range of grocery items. We also stock fish bait and burley. We offer both salt and party ice.

Wifi passes, pedal cart and watercraft hire and late check-outs can all be booked and paid for here. Campsite power leads and lanterns can also be hired here.

Coins for showers and laundry machines can be purchased here too.

Situated just across from the main kitchen, the room is set up for dining and also has a dedicated kitchen area that can be hired for special events/functions.

There is a lounge area with a large flatscreen TV with Freeview, a reading area and a foosball table.

The lighting changes to sensor operation after 10pm. Drop-down screens can provide protection from inclement weather. Our movie screen is located here too.

The area is adjacent to the playground so parents can relax while keeping an eye on their children.

Please note that alcohol is only permitted here or in the Rec Room while dining. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all common use areas of the holiday park.

Please always supervise young children. The playground is available to those aged between 5 and 12 only. Any misuse of the equipment will result in a ban from using the area. Please report any dangerous behaviour or equipment issues to reception asap.

A table tennis table is situated under the big Pohutukawa tree and equipment is available from the camp shop.

Main Kitchen
Our well-equipped kitchen has ovens, electric hobs, sinks for washing dishes, a hot water Zip plus fridges and freezers (please bag and label your food supplies). Toasters, kettles, microwaves and other kitchen equipment are there for you to use. Please bring your own pots, pans frying pans & cooking utensils etc.

An AED if located just inside the main door for use in an emergency.

Plateau Kitchen
A second smaller kitchen is located up at the Plateau camp area. An AED is located here.

Our main laundry is adjacent to the main facilities block and has coin operated washing machines and dryers. A small second laundry is located up in the plateau block next to the kitchen.

The showers are coin operated (50c for 5 min hot water).

Please be mindful to take as little time as possible when using these facilities especially during peak times.

We have a dedicated shower and toilet room that is located opposite the laundry. Please collect a key from reception upon arrival.

This smaller block is located at the northern end of the lower camp and contains an outside shower as well as female and male showers and toilets.

Please ensure that motors are not run after 7.30 pm. There is a great fish cleaning area providing a filleting table, water and fish waste bins. Please follow the rules posted in the area and clean down everything when you have finished. Bait can be stored in the freezer in the small shed if there is capacity. Please name your bait. Any unnamed bait will be considered “left for others to use”.

These facilities can be very busy on weekends especially if there is a competition on so please be patient. We thank the Martins Bay Bending Rods group for their continued support of this facility.

Please enquire about fees and availability at reception. Casual boat storage must be booked in advance when making your camp booking as spaces are limited at peak times.

There is an all-tide boat ramp right beside the holiday park offering great access to the beautiful waters and islands of Kawau Bay and the wider Hauraki Gulf.

This facility is not monitored by the holiday park staff. Please use the platform safely and report any misuse or equipment issues to reception asap.

Please ensure that younger children are supervised at all times.
